I approve a special sales and use tax in the amount of one percent to be imposed in Lancaster County, South Carolina, for not more than 10 years to fund the following projects:
For improvements to highways, roads, streets, intersections, bridges, and related transportation improvements within Lancaster County, South Carolina, including, but not limited to the following:
Major widenings, including widenings of Highway 521, Henry Harris Road, Barberville Road, and Harrisburg Road

Intersection improvements, including those at Grace Avenue/Bethel Road intersection/fork, US 601/SC 265 intersection, Shiloh Unity Road/SC 522 intersection, Bethel Road/Bethel Boat Landing Road intersection, Old Hickory Road/SC 5 intersection, Shiloh Unity Road/Unity Church Road intersection, Great Falls Hwy/Douglas Road intersection, Steel Hill/Old Hickory Road intersection
